Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing and using the Billorian LTD platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Nature of Service

Billorian LTD offers access to structured private investment opportunities. Each investment plan is backed by private capital agreements and designed to provide secure, guaranteed returns. Users acknowledge that while investments are guaranteed by internal protocols, the nature of investment carries inherent procedural controls.

4. Investment Commitments

All investments made via the Platform are final and non-refundable. Funds are allocated to private structured portfolios upon confirmation and cannot be reversed. Users must carefully review each project’s ROI, duration, and terms before proceeding.

5. Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are subject to a three-phase process:

Initial queue: 24-hour processing window
Compliance review: assessment of account activity and project maturity
Execution: Approved withdrawals are released within 48 to 72 hours

Once this process is complete, users typically receive their funds within the specified time frame. This structure ensures compliance, fund security, and fraud prevention.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the allocation of capital into live private contracts, Billorian enforces a strict no-refund policy on all investments. Once an investment is made, it is contractually deployed and cannot be withdrawn or canceled.

7. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Billorian shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, including but not limited to sharing of login data with third parties. Any suspicious activity should be reported to support@billorian.com immediately.

8. Data Protection

9. Platform Modifications

Billorian reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Billorian LTD is a company legally registered in the United Kingdom under company number 14983751. The Platform also operates from a strategic hub in Dubai. All services are offered in compliance with applicable international financial regulations.
